Each year, at the same season, the Sun travels through each constellation for about a month. Mercury, Venus and Mars make regular rounds through these constellations though less predicatbly than the Sun as to when.
Jupiter takes about a year to travel through a constellation and returns about every 12 years. Saturn takes about 2.5 years to move through a constellation and returns about every 30 years.
